Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with 24 years of professional experience to bring creative concepts to life through compelling video content. This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will handle not only editing but also conceptualizing shoots, creating detailed shot lists, assembling mood boards, and overseeing on-site content creation. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver error-free content are paramount in this role. Key Responsibilities : Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Ensure on-site video capture during shoots, maintaining professional standards for stability, focus, creativity, and audio quality. Conceptualize shoots, develop creative ideas, and translate them into detailed shot lists and mood boards. Oversee on-site content creation to ensure the vision aligns with the projects goals. Research and recommend venues and collaborate with creative partners as needed. Manage post-production tasks, including sound design, color correction, and visual effects. Ensure all content is error-free by rigorously fact-checking, proofreading, and reviewing for spelling or formatting issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative editing techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects. Qualifications : 23 years of professional video editing experience. Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an emphasis on delivering polished, error-free content. Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish. Experience in researching venues and collaborating with external creative partners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. Strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail.
