What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technicial/Pool Cleaner/Laborer position at Swim Clear Pool Supply?

Swim Clear Pool Service is looking for a hard working team member! Great for the mechanically inclined and skilled laborers, some of your duties will include
- Ensure pool and equipment and pool water are safe, clean and in excellent condition
- Cleaning of pool including vacuuming, skimming, brushing pool, etc.
- Balancing of pool chemicals
- Routine maintenance of pool equipment and filter cleaning
Minimum Qualification:
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Clean Driving record
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous pool service experience is not required
- Ideal candidate will be a self starter with a great work ethic and machanically inclined
- Must have physical ability to lift 50 lb. and withstand Texas hot and cold weather
Requirements:
- Must be looking for a long-term position (1 years)
- Must be professional, helpful, courteous and provide the highest quality of service
- Quality of work is most essential versus quantity of pools cleaned
- Willingness to constantly learn more
- Maintain a professional appearance and maintain clean job-sites
- Maintain accurate records, company forms and invoices.
