What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Attendant position at SWIM CLUB MANAGEMENT GROUP?
Guest Relations Staff members are responsible for enforcing membership rules and having direct interaction with clients and patrons. Under direct supervision from their leadership team (Facility Director, Assistant Facility Director, and Facility Trainer). Guest Relations Staff must be prepared to act responsibly in emergency situations, manage member check in, assist with any patron needs
Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- If 15 years old must obtain a workers permit
- Must attend SCMG’s Traditions Training and On-site Training before first day of work
Guest Relation Staff Expectations:
- Must attend Inservice Training once a month
- Understanding and following all SCMG policies and procedures
- Properly Maintaining Facility Cleanliness (trash night, bathroom checks, etc.)
- Basic Facility Operation knowledge (member check-in, guest policy, pool hours, etc.)
- All other facility specific needs deemed important by Full-Time staff member or Facility Director
