Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming techniques. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Your role will also involve fostering a love for swimming while promoting water safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, adapting instruction to meet varying skill levels.
- Assess students’ abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Commute to and from client's pools in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents regarding progress and any concerns.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity is essential.
- CPR certification
- 10 years of swimming experience with the ability to demonstrate techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students of all ages.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
