Summary of Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Global Partner Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Business Development team. In this role, you will provide essential logistical and administrative support for our global technology partners, channel partners, and MSSPs. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with these strategic partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain day-to-day communication with strategic partners across global regions, fostering strong relationships and serving as a key liaison.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between partners and internal teams, managing calendars with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the right stakeholders are involved in partner communications and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support including tracking action items, managing partner-related documentation, and facilitating follow-ups.
- Monitor partner activities and provide timely updates to the Business Development team.
- Assist in organizing partner events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the global partnership operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, year-for-year of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree
- 3 years of experience providing operational support in a startup or corporate environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
- Prior experience in administrative, operational, or coordination roles.
- Proficiency with productivity and communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industries
- Experience working with channel partners and MSSPs
Location: This is a hybrid position, and candidates in the Denver Metro area at the time of application will be considered. The position will be expected to work two days per week in our Denver Headquarters, located in Downtown Denver.
