About the Role
Reporting directly to Tom Ahi Dror, Co-founder and Chief Business Officer, the Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in Swimm’s enterprise expansion. This role focuses on managing complex sales cycles, developing top-down sales strategies, and closing high-value deals that drive significant revenue. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and has a proven track record of sales performance within enterprise SaaS.
Position is On-site.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand within large enterprise accounts, closing high-value deals of 200K ARR.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Engage with senior IT and software R&D leaders (CIOs, CTOs, VP of Engineering, etc.) to demonstrate Swimm’s value proposition.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, including legal, security, and procurement processes.
- Partner closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve Swimm’s go-to-market strategy.

Salary Range: $280K - $330K OTE
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on selling to CIOs, CTOs, and technical leadership.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in an enterprise sales role.
- Experience selling to large enterprise clients (Fortune 1000 preferred); experience in financial services is a plus.
- Proven success in complex, top-down sales cycles within IT and software R&D organizations.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup, demonstrating self-sufficiency, adaptability, and the ability to build sales processes from the ground up.
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies independently in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement cycles, legal/security requirements, and negotiation best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet enterprise clients and attend industry events.
Salary : $280,000 - $330,000
