An ideal candidate for our Renovations Technician will have the following traits :
- Strong desire to learn (Not everyone knows about pools)
- Has a positive attitude (Seeing water half empty isn’t normally a good thing in the pool industry)

- Is looking for opportunities for growth
Your role in the Renovations Department will be to keep our customers swimming. Your tasks will consist of Accurately measuring the pool dimensions to order the correct size liner. Draining the pool, removing existing liner, cleaning and smoothing the pool walls and floor, addressing any minor repairs needed on the pool structure. Carefully positioning and installing the new liner, using specialized tools to stretch and secure it properly around the pool walls and coping. Installing new face plates and gaskets on skimmers, returns, and main drains, vacuuming the liner to remove wrinkles, and filling the pool with water.
