As a family-operated leader in premium vinyl playsets, we design innovative, maintenance free, and ultra-durable structures that bring excitement to kids of all ages.
We are looking for dependable and hardworking seasonal installation crew drivers, with permanent full-time opportunity!
As an Installation crew member and driver, you are the face of Swing Kingdom, driving across the country assisting with the delivery, building, and assembly of a variety of playsets and swing sets.
Where is the worksite?
When you work as a Swing Kingdom installation crew team member, the world is your office! We will provide you with opportunities to travel throughout the United States. On a regular basis our crew travels to the following areas: Buffalo, NY/ Long Island, NY / Pittsburg, PA / Chicago, IL / Louisville, KY / St. Louis, MO / Philadelphia, PA / Charlotte, NC / Virginia Beach, VA and Baltimore, MD. On occasion, our crews travel as far as California, Texas, and Florida. The main warehouse and office are located in Leola, PA.
What is the Schedule?
Base Schedule — Monday - Friday, between 6am and 5pm**
**Willingness to work on the road with frequently adjusted hours, overnights, and occasional weekends, to ensure timely delivery and installation
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 2 years driving experience pulling/hauling trailers preferred
- Valid CDL Class B is preferred, Minimum 21 years of age
- Proven safe driving record and ability to maintain DOT compliance.
- Willingness to work on the road with frequent overnights and occasional weekends, as needed for timely delivery and installation completion
- Above average Assembly / Carpentry / Building Skills preferred
- Strong technical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Hardworking and goal-focused, with a positive attitude, professional work ethic, and willingness to learn new things

Working Conditions:
- Feild work and Plant Environment with exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels
- Office environment with standard climate control.
- Requires frequent stooping, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods of time
- Lifting up to 50 pounds for shows and dealer visit.
- Adequate manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer work and documentation.
- Normal range of hearing and clear speaking abilities for effective communication.
