As a family-operated manufacturer of premier vinyl playsets, we design and build high-quality, affordable playsets perfect for children of all ages.
The Swing Kingdom team is looking for an Installer who has experience in driving a truck and trailer. The person working in this position will significantly contribute to Swing Kingdom providing efficient and successful deliveries and installations of playsets. We will provide you with opportunities to travel throughout the United States. Our crew members travel to the following locations regularly: Buffalo, NY / Long Island, NY / Pittsburgh, PA / Chicago, IL / Louisville, KY / St. Louis, MO / Philadelphia, PA / Charlotte, NC / Virginia Beach, VA and Baltimore, MD. On occasion our crews travel to California, Texas, and Florida. When you work as a Swing Kingdom installation crew member, the world is your office!
Duties and responsibilities
- Efficient and successful delivery of playsets.
- Embrace and confidently resolve issues on a daily basis during the installation and assembly of a playset.
- Familiar with all of our products and learn proper techniques for building and installing playsets.
- Successfully report to work at varying start times in order to drive to the customer’s home for the delivery and installation.
- Willing to travel out of town for a significant amount of time during the week.
Qualifications
- Woodworking and/or construction experience a plus.
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older for this position. Must be 21 years or older to drive commercial vehicle out-of-state.
- Results driven with a positive and professional approach.
- Innovative and willing to learn.
- Strong integrity.
- Detail oriented.
- Organized and keeps job site clean.
- Capable of lifting & lowering up to 50 lbs.
