The role:
As the Guest Services Coordinator at Swingers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless communication between guests, the front of house operations team, and the sales department. The Guest Services Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for guests providing assistance, information, and support to enhance their overall experience.
Our perfect candidate has:
- 6 months of experience in the hospitality industry (required)
- Hotel reception/front desk or event sales/coordination experience (preferred)
- Enthusiasm and a positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others
- Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, and is results-oriented and highly self-motivated
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Proven organizational skills
- The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position
