Responsibilities & other details are listed below : RESPONSIBILITIES : Oversee interior design and space planning activities, including office assignments, relocations, and reconfigurations.
Maintain and update floor plans and space utilization data
Collaborate with vendors, laborers, and internal teams to support furniture installations and construction projects.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to verify space accuracy and identify potential improvements.
Provide input during weekly project meetings and offer creative interior management solutions.
Generate reports on space utilization and project status for leadership review.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organizational layout and functions to optimize interior space allocation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and accessibility requirements.
Effectively communicate project updates and space-related decisions with stakeholders.
Support customer projects by ensuring interior modifications align with project goals and compliance requirements.
Act as a liaison between customer representatives, contractors, and project teams to facilitate space planning and design improvements.
Remain flexible and adaptable to take on additional space management tasks as needed to support evolving project requirements.
ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum Qualifications : U.S. Citizenship required.
Active Secret Clearance.
Experience in interior design, space planning, or facilities management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Knowledge of interior planning concepts and best practices.
Experience working with vendors, laborers, and project managers.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience with space management software.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for updating floor plans.
Background in government or large-scale office space planning.
Understanding of workplace safety and accessibility compliance requirements.
