We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of company equipment, staffing of all back shop labor and drivers, and the management and maintenance of our facilities and depot locations. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer service.
Swinter Group, Inc. is a full-time, year-round winter services company. We perform snow removal; offer consultative and expert witness services; sell snow removal equipment, parts, and deicers; and provide corrosion protection on all types of vehicles with Krown St. Louis. Since the Operations Manager is a key role in our company, applicants must have an understanding of snow and ice management services.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver License - Class B minimum
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Experience with snow and ice management
- Experience in operations management
