Position Overview
Swipe Say Easy is seeking energetic and professional Event Staff to assist with coordinating and supporting company events, both internal and external. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and have a passion for providing excellent service.

- Assist in event setup, breakdown, and clean-up (tables, chairs, displays, signage, etc.).
- Greet event attendees, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support event logistics, including registration, check-in, and directing guests.
- Monitor event areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage on-site needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Distribute event materials such as brochures, promotional items, and information packets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
