The Marketing Communications Assistant will support the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives. This role involves coordinating promotional campaigns, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.





Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.


• Draft, proofread, and edit marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.


• Support the development of internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards.


• Collaborate with team members to gather content for press releases, announcements, and updates.


• Coordinate logistics for marketing events and community outreach programs.


• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and timelines.


• Conduct research to support market trends and competitor analysis.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.


• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with internships or relevant coursework are encouraged to apply).


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
