Job Summary :
The Project Sourcing Specialist will lead procurement efforts for capital projects, managing end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and global procurement teams to optimize project spend and drive cost savings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute procurement plans for capital projects.
- Manage sourcing processes (RFI / RFQ / RFPs) and contract negotiations.
- Source services, materials, and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to identify project needs and opportunities.
- Oversee contract implementation and compliance with internal policies.
- Leverage market intelligence for supplier negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Partner with Legal to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Provide reports and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
