We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of marketing campaigns, collaborating with Product Marketing, Growth / Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, Compliance, Marketing Operations, Product, and Marketing Analytics teams. You will be responsible for managing campaign timelines, ensuring seamless execution, reducing risks, and improving communication around campaign launches, results, and insights.
This is a one year contract with possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the Scrum Master for growth and lifecycle marketing programs, ensuring projects are executed on time and with high quality.
- Lead Agile marketing ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering team engagement and alignment.
- Develop comprehensive project and sprint plans , creating necessary tickets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive progress.
- Ensure all campaign materials undergo thorough Compliance and Legal reviews .
- Provide clear visibility and communication to stakeholders, keeping teams informed throughout project lifecycles.
- Apply strong creative judgment to evaluate campaign ideas against marketing briefs and objectives.
- Maintain high attention to detail , particularly in proofreading, grammar, and punctuation.
- Partner across departments to align campaigns with broader business goals and objectives.
