Job Description : Job Duties
- Work with user researchers to understand the needs of financial advisors and how they currently work with investment funds, how they have worked with funds in the past, and find out how they would to work with investment funds.
- Design user flows that map out the steps advisors will take to change investment funds.
- Create wireframes and mockups of the new user interface.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the business needs and design the user experience based on business requirements and UX / UI best practices..
- Prototype the user interface so that it can be tested with users.
- Make sure usability testing is conducted at least at the start, towards the halfway mark and towards the end of the project (but as much as possible / needed) to gather feedback on new user interface work being created.
- Iterate on the design based on user feedback.
- Leverage the companys design system in order to build out UI designs.
- Provide developers with whatever they need to ensure the design to dev handoff is successful.
- Review dev work with developers to make sure theyre following design specifications properly.
