We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate III to join our team on a day shift, weekday schedule (7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM, MondayFriday). The ideal candidate will have expert-level SAP experience. In this role, you will ensure accurate receiving, staging, storing, and issuing of parts while maintaining a clean and organized storeroom environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Receiving and Issuing Parts : Physically receive parts via UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other carriers.

Logically receive and issue parts using SAP. Maintain and file packing slips accurately.

Physically issue and stage parts for work orders.

Deliver parts to various areas using a forklift or cart (training and certification provided).

Inventory Management : Conduct and participate in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain SAP records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Storeroom Operations : Ensure storeroom cleanliness through tasks like sweeping and dusting.

Provide daily operational support to other stores personnel.

Team Collaboration : Interact effectively with employees, vendors, and other teams to coordinate storeroom operations and ensure smooth workflows.

Assist the Stores Team Leader with day-to-day activities and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

SAP Expertise : Proven, expert-level experience in SAP is mandatory for this position.

Forklift Operation : Experience preferred but not required (training and certification will be provided).

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Organizational Skills : Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Technical Proficiency : Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Teamwork : Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and adapt to changing priorities.
