- $22 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Temp to Hire
- Schedule: M-F 2pm - 10:30pm (possibly 12:30am if overtime)
- Onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
- Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
- Mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate a computer and phone
- Forklift experience preferred
- Must have plumbing, PVC, or pipefitting experience
- Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
- Successfully completes all site-specific training regarding safety and quality. Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence.
- Assembles and/or tests mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
- May assemble minor variations of in-house standard products.
- Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, pvc thermal welding and thread taping.
- Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures. Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP), if applicable to site.
- Completes required documentation related to production.
- Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
- Reads and understands simple layout and assembly drawings.
- Maintains equipment and area in clean safe condition.
- Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations
