- $18 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract
- 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
- Onsite in Lubbock, TX

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of shop related experience in Assembly, Testing, Painting, and Crating
- Experience with welding and using hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude as evidenced by work experience/school coursework
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone
- Successfully completes all site-specific training regarding safety and quality.
- Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence.
- Assembles and/or tests mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
- May assemble minor variations of in-house standard products.
- Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, pvc thermal welding and thread taping. Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures.
- Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP), if applicable to site.
- Completes required documentation related to production.
- Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.
- Reads and understands simple layout and assembly drawings.
- Maintains equipment and area in clean safe condition.
- Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations.
