Job Description: 25 bed Critical Access Hospital in Jetmore, Kansas looking for a Rad Tech with CT experience. This position is responsible for performing radiographic procedures to produce diagnostic images in the radiology department, as well as in the emergency room and surgery suite using portable techniques. Provides procedural-related patient care and education. Maintains records and documentation for procedures. Identifies and supports patient care needs, including language barriers. Treats patients and families with dignity and respect. Ensures confidentiality of patient records. Interacts professionally with patients and families and provides explanations and verbal reassurance as necessary. Must be able to work independently and be proficient. Position is subject to sharing in the rotating on-call weeknights and weekend schedule
Shift: Days, 07:00-17:30 10-hour days, Some On-Call and Weekends
Estimated Start Date: 01/20/2025
Pay Info: $58,000-$75,000 annually based upon education, experience and skills; $7,000 sign on bonus, possible relocation to be discussed at interview
Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification
- 1 year of Radiology/CT experience (will consider new grad)
- KS State License (can start with pending, proof of license application once position offered)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or related field
