Contract Length: 3 months, potiential for extention for local candidates

Overview:
Category Management and Optimization
i Leads the development and implementation of best-in-class process for the development of Category Foundations
i Supports Regional Brand Marketing in developing Category Foundations for assigned product category
i Partners with Cluster and Regional Brand Marketing to design and deliver a competitive product portfolio based on the Brand Foundation Tools for assigned product category
i Partners with Regional Brand Marketing to track product competitiveness scorecards to ensure consistent delivery of product PODs and POPs
Innovation / Renovation / Claims
i Develops a long term vision for the category and appropriate 5 year innovation / multi-region renovation plans to drive growth in local markets
i Partners with Global RandD and Global Customer Marketing to develop Front end Innovation projects based on key trends
i Partners with Global Customer Marketing to build an integrated product / promise / channel innovation and multi-region renovation calendar that will drive growth for assigned category
i Partners with Global Product Supply to plan for and optimize long-term capacity and asset utilization based on Category growth plans
i Executes product development projects by leading multifunctional teams through the IMF process
i Develops the Claims Architecture for the assigned category
i Supports Regional Brand and RandD Teams to develop claims and demos for the assigned category and manages legal approval for the claims through ETQ where appropriate
Market Segment Management
i Leads market segment development for KCP globally by creating a clear vision to consistently differentiate KCP across all Clusters
i Identifies and leverages best practices and drive synergies across Clusters
i Builds capability / competency within the organization against this strategic leadership
Standard Work
i Partners with Regional Brand Teams to ensure Brand Identity Guidelines are consistently applied
i Ensures all marketing content is uploaded and maintained in the Digital Asset Management System
i Monitors global category performance (NSV) and adjusts accordingly
i Manages assigned marketing budget within CFI's
i Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs
i Leads the relevant Brand Management Community of Practice to share and learn best practices
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of CPG brand management experienceGlobal Brand Manager II
