- Understanding of HR procedures
- Proficiency in standard office software
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and COE programs under the direction of the VP of HR.
- Assist with employee access to HR services and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
- Interface with HR Service Center or HR Centers of Excellence as needed for program execution.
- Raise awareness of available HR programs for employees and managers.
- Respond to time-sensitive HR issues and support emergency response plans.
- Coordinate local employee engagement and community activities.
- Manage employee recognition, service awards, and related events.
- Distribute HR communications and support Employee Activity Groups.
- Assist with implementing action plans from engagement survey results.
- Ensure compliance with HCA HR policies and processes.
- Maintain confidential Employee Relations data and support HR documentation.
- Assist with local hiring processes, posting jobs, facilitating interviews, and coordinating orientation.
- Support compliance initiatives and assist with audits (OFCCP, Joint Commission, etc.).
- Assist with learning and development activities and succession planning.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and information sessions.
- Support managers in salary and incentive planning processes.
- Produce standard HR reports for the VP of HR.
- Assist employees with return-to-work processes from Leaves of Absence or Workers' Compensation.
- Use standard office software with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
