Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Overview :

We’re seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders and employees to foster an engaging workplace culture, support strategic HR initiatives, and drive employee and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Support :

  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, job descriptions, and compensation strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent, leadership, and workforce development.
  • Support culture-building initiatives to align with business objectives.

Employee Engagement :

  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and diversity programs.
  • Offer guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and leader coaching.
  • Assist in action planning to enhance employee satisfaction.

    • HR Operations :

  • Facilitate onboarding, employee activity groups, and compliance processes.
  • Support HR program implementation, including training and talent acquisition.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decisions.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience : 3 years in HR, with at least 1 year in an HR department.
  • Skills : Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Routine activities may include sitting, standing, typing, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs).

    • Travel :

    Occasional travel may be required.
