• Project based - This role will vary based on project needs. Each project may take a few hours to complete, and the manager will reach out once a new project becomes available. The candidate must be flexible

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education or related field.
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to develop, design, test and trial and further improve high impact learning materials
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design models i.e. ADDIE
• Demonstrated ability to develop programs directed at a diverse, global audiences.
• Track record of designing blended learning experiences, incorporating both E-learning and in-person development. Strong planning and organization with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to develop training materials that communicates the intended concepts or messages given by the project teams and provide recommendations to enhance the learning experience;
• Proficient in key instructional design tools such as Articulate, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint;
• Strong experience in copywriting, scripting and storyboarding
• Fluency in English, additional languages are appreciated;
• Preferred, not required: candidate has their own Articulate license
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and develop highly innovative world-class learning content and experiences aligned with adult learning principles and relevant to the learning styles of diverse groups of users.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials in E-Learning format, using digital learning technologies such as Articulate Rise.
• Develop training sessions for employees at various organizational levels, ensuring content is impactful and relevant.
• Transform written content into visual descriptions (graphics and infographics) to captivate learners and maximize training effectiveness.
• Edit various multimedia elementsvideos, graphics, photos, effects, sound, and voiceoversas required.
