BA degree
3-5 years of experience in banking
Microsoft experience
Strong organizational skills, organized, detail focused, and communicates well with team.
Responsibilities : Help the USBI Cash Control team with daily processing tasks, including opening, bundling, scanning live fee checks, opening and logging checks, scanning imaging documents, prepping paperwork for third party checks, submitting requests, creating customer correspondence, etc. Potential for assisting with balancing wash banks for daily balancing.
All checks must be opened and accounted for under dual control, and account numbers must be noted on each check prior to processing. The checks must be grouped into batches of twenty, as this is all that can be scanned in a single batch.
We are also quickly approaching year end where our Third-party Check volumes typically triple these are considered High Risk Transactions and require added due diligence for OFAC screening and BSA compliance.
Help in transaction preparation and back end imagining ensuring transaction details are kept in a WORM compliant environment.
