• $17 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Day Shift
• Schedule: Day Shift (4x10 - 6:30am - 5pm)

• High School Diploma
• experience in a similar role
• Forklift experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently unload materials (lumber, plywood, etc.) from delivery trucks and store them in designated areas of the yard
• Organize and maintain materials to ensure easy access and inventory accuracy
• Load and unload customer orders, preparing materials for shipping or pickup
• Assist in tracking inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to ensure accurate stock records
• Report any discrepancies, damage, or issues with inventory to management promptly
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lumber yard, including cleaning up debris and materials to prevent hazards
• Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate material handling
• Communicate effectively with customers when needed to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
