We are Hiring Immediately for a Mechanic position in an exciting warehouse facility!

Maintenance Process Mechanic

Location: Windsor, CO 80550

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (5 -day workweek)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Process Mechanic to support our Thermal Media Manufacturing operations, which include 2 coating machines, 7 finishing slitters, and overall building/site maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of automated equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform new electrical installations and maintain existing electrical systems.
• Conduct demand maintenance across all areas of Thermal Media Manufacturing.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with shutdowns, procedure updates, and spare parts ordering/repairs.
• Support engineering and operations teams as needed.
• Handle light fabrication and project installations.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in automated equipment maintenance.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills to drive issues to root cause.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, take initiative, and prioritize safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience with chemical mixing, delivery, and coating operations.
• Proficiency in electrical/electronic machine controls, pumps, control valves, and web conveyance.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (motors, PLCs, drives).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, PLC-5, and ControlLogix.
• Basic machine shop skills (mill, lathe, surface grinder).
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication (shear, brake).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
  
  

Education and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
