We are looking for a Recruiter / Customer Service Associate who would like to make the transition into the digital staffing world to join our team.

We are looking for a Recruiter / Customer Service Associate who would like to make the transition into the digital staffing world to join our team.
Typical duties will include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Manage and resolve service exceptions, liaise with ??????????workers and customers as required, assist with the onboarding of new customers, ??????????and help coordinate the posting of ads for both workers and customers on ??digital or social media platforms
- Source, recruit, and place candidates across a variety of skillsets
- Assist in the screening, interviewing, references check, and onboarding of contract candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- Document and track interactions with prospective candidates within our Applicant Tracking System
- Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers, submits, placements, and customer feedback
- Prior recruiting experience (1 yr plus)
- Must have the ability to effectively work on a high volume of ??????????positions while managing multiple priorities
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Desire to learn about recruiting best practices
- Be a self-starter and motivated by career growth
- Ability to problem solve
- Must be tech savvy and have a high comfort level utilizing ??????????social media
