• $40 - $49.69 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract - 9-12 months
• Remote (May have to work Asia Hrs for first couple months)

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Strong communication skills, diagnostic/problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently are crucial
• Deep experience with all aspects of Teams Voice installation, configuration, and management including Power Shell, configuration of SBCs, call plans, dial groups, and locations.
• Experience with Zoom telephony service administration and configuration
• Experience with Cisco UCM configuration and management
• General understand of voice related network topics such as routing and QoS
• Legacy analog phone system experience, including ATAs and POTS replacement technologies
• 8x8 contact center and VOIP services
• International experience - porting numbers, TELCO
  
  

Responsibilities:

• This contract will be to primarily support the migration from Zoom to Teams and 8x8 over the requested time period.
• Our expectation is that the right candidate will be able to take high level requests and drive them to completion independently.
