Job Description:

We are Hiring Immediately for a Supervisor position in an exciting warehouse facility!

Manage a team of employees providing feedback and good communication with the team. Meets goals and production requirements. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.

• Supervising and training quality control personnel.
• Motivating and developing team members to achieve quality goals.
• Managing workflow and schedules to ensure timely and efficient quality control activities.
• Ensuring products and services meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
