Travel LPN - SNF/LTC - Winslow, AZ - $2,353/wk
LPN for SNF/LTC setting
Day Shift - 4x12, 7a-7p - Will allow block scheduling
Start April 14 (or submit date) | 48 Guaranteed Hours | 13-week contract with possibility to extend
Required: Arizona LPN or compact License. BLS by AHA and IV Certification. 1 yr experience on any unit, LTC preferred.
Pay Details (stipends are always non-tax)
Taxed Hourly Rate: $15.00 | Estimated OT Hourly Rate: $40.00
Weekly Combined Gross Pay (including stipends): $2,120.00
Housing Stipend: $980.00 | Meal Stipend: $420.00
