Job Description: and A facility in Weirton, WV is looking for a Medical Surgical/Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health in various healthcare settings. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies promptly. Focus on patient advocacy and delivering compassionate care to promote recovery and well-being.
Required Experience/Skills: and Minimum 3 years of MS experience; 2 years of previous experience
Preferred Experience/Skills: and Rehab experience
Required License/Certs: and West Virginia State Nursing License or Compact State License, BLS
Facility/Unit Info: Patient Ratio 1:6
Charting: and Sorian (experience preferred)
Shift: and Nights, 36 hr Guarantee; Every other weekend/holidays required as needed
Duration: 13 weeks
