Responsibilities
- Work closely with the user group to conduct research, user interviews, contextual analysis, usability studies, etc. and be able to synthesize user experience workflows for salesforce.com functionality.
- Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful user experience and layout solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback, enterprise processes and business requirements into ongoing user experience changes and functionality.
- Designs need to be interactive, intuitive and align with agile approach to functionality development.
- Designs need to rely first on out of the box functionality within salesforce.com – customization is only used when necessary.
- Support multiple projects while actively prioritizing workflow based on ROI, and business value.
- Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements focusing on user-centric while driving value based on user experience.
