UX Researchers

Job Description:

Contract role for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research opportunities that enhance product design and user satisfaction.
• Plan, design, and implement user research strategies and methodologies tailored to project needs.
• Conduct usability studies using techniques such as card sorting, usability testing, user interviews, diary studies, and first-click testing.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights and advocate for data-driven design decisions.
• Actively participate in UX meetings, offering insights, context, and recommendations based on research results.
• Leverage a range of UX research tools to gather data and inform design solutions effectively.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience:A minimum of 4 years in UX research, with 68 years of overall experience in research or UX-related roles. Hands-on experience conducting user testing to inform UX/UI design evolution and integrating UX testing processes into organizational workflows. Proven ability to collaborate with UX/UI design teams on digital experience roadmaps.
• Skills:Strong understanding of market research (MR) project lifecycles, including problem definition, sampling, survey design, data preparation, analysis, and presentation delivery. Proficiency in advanced Excel, online survey tools, and data visualization techniques. Effective communication, empathy, design thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, with experience delivering executive-level presentations.
• Education:Bachelors degree in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Design, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial industry experience, particularly in wealth management.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences.
