What does a Field Sales Account Manager do at Swire Coca Cola?
Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement.
Job Details :
Schedule : Monday - Friday, Full Time
Salary : $48,500 - 60,700 plus a bonus structure (pay offered will depend upon candidate's prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills & abilities)
Responsibilities :
Interact and built rapport with decision maker in each customer locationPlace orders of product to be delivered maintaining inventory levels for consumers purchaseEnsure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated.Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision maker, by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue.Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements and ensure agreements are followed throughout the yearInteract with Delivery Merchandisers to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision makerOrganize and arrange for pickup / credit of product unfit for sale insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumersAttend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and eventsAchieve volume targets for channel of businessAchieve performance profit targetsManage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and breakRequirements :
High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree / certificate requiredMust have a valid ARIZONA driver's licenseMust have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our productsDriving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirementsExperience with sales / retailExperience in beverage, food or equivalent industryExperience working with vendorsPrevious experience in a leadership roleExperience in merchandizing or product delivery and with expiration datesBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookMust be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on a iPhone and iPad devicesMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the businessAbility to lift to 50 poundsApply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!
