The Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets across assigned customers inside a specific channel(s). The Manager will work to steward volume forecasting routines and maintain responsibility for financial forecasting. Additionally, this role will facilitate customer's annual planning process to maximize revenue in collaboration with Channel Sales leadership.

What does a Revenue Growth Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets across assigned customers inside a specific channel(s). The Manager will work to steward volume forecasting routines and maintain responsibility for financial forecasting. Additionally, this role will facilitate customer's annual planning process to maximize revenue in collaboration with Channel Sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Work inside assigned customers/channels in developing plans at the customer, geographic, and package level to deliver expected volume, revenue and gross profit
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to make decisions and follow strategies that best suit Swire’s interests, goals, and metrics
- Steward the annual planning process for assigned Customer(s) from plan creation, execution, and evaluating new business opportunities as they arise
- Collaborate with Channel Sales leadership to perform price package analytics throughout the year at the customer & package level to determine effectiveness of plan and make adjustments as needed
- Partner with cross functional departments to improve business strategy, procedures and execution to maximize volume and revenue
- Assist with forecasting and planning for all Channel customers, leading weekly calls with sales leads to ensure forecasting accuracy is met. Where gaps exist, develop plans to close gaps and prepare presentation for leadership decisions
- Ensure inputs to Coca-Cola reporting tools (Apollo/CPA/CPACT/MARS) are timely and accurate where applicable
- Bachelor's Degree Business or other related field required
- 3 years experience producing sales and financial data to track sales operations, identify trends, develop projections, and create models required
- 3 years progressively responsible work experience, with strong preference to experience in beverage or fast-moving Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred
