What Does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Our Machine Operators are responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.
Job Details:
Schedule: 3pm - 1:30am (Mon - Fri, OT and weekends, as needed)
Pay: $21.60 - $26.68

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift
- Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce
- Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production
- Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
- Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required
- Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
