What does an Account Executive do at Swire Coca-Cola?As an Account Executive you will be responsible for Independent Supermarket Chain business relationships with Swire Coca-Cola primarily in the Pacific Northwest. You will focus on achieving key pillars including revenue, volume, profit, and share goals. Managing the annual customer joint business plans, daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting (based on channel criteria), actively managing Picture of Success (PicOS) and stewardship of our annual Retail Strategy.Responsibilities:
Develop lasting relationships with retail partners as well as internal and external associates
Collaborate with Swire Commercial team and retail partners to develop winning brand, price-package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver company pillars and overall performance profit
Communicate comprehensive weekly and monthly activity via PicOS to Field Sales
Conduct business reviews with retailers to discuss performance and secure incremental activity to achieve Joint Business Plans
Sell-in innovation items as well as incremental SKUs, packages, equipment, and displays to deliver against organizational priorities in SOVI and Market Street Challenge
Collaborate with Commercialization to develop incentives, custom programs and point of sale tied to Pillar Programs and Local Assets
Collaborate with GM & Vice President of Sales Large Store, Director of Sales / Supermarket Channel and PRGM to forecast Volume, Revenue and GP using Adaptive
Responsible for problem solving for operational or executional issues with the customer
Coordinate selling activities of brand partners with retailers to be included into all communications and stewardships of the retailer business
Routine internal stewardship of business management regarding all areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
4 years Proven sales experience/customer management required
4 years Beverage or CPG selling experience required
2 years Sales operations experience preferred
PowerBi, Margin Minder UXT, Microsoft Office, Adaptive, Excel experience preferred
