What does a Category Market Insights II do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Category Insights II lead the development and implementation of analysis for the total business in support of improving Swire market share. These analytics are ongoing and ad hoc reporting utilizing tools such as Power BI, syndicated platform, customer, and panel data. Our Category Analysts help create a more accountable, performance-driven culture and provide intelligent analysis reporting that will drive impact across Swire Coca-Cola.Responsibilities:
Build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to improve adoption and confidence in deliverables.
Lead end-to-end analysis to measure the impact of market product performance.
Provide insights to key stakeholders with essential insights and develop business intelligence reporting with little or no direction.
Document business processes in centralized repository to increase team knowledge and contribute to best practice.
Meet training milestones to improve speed and efficiency of team deliverables (Power BI reporting, data efficiency, etc.).
Mentor Category Market Insights Analyst I to improve overall team competency and expand capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree in business or STEM related field preferred.
2 years’ experience producing business intelligence reporting analysis required.
2 years, experience using SQL, Python, or similar toolsets required.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or similar visualization toolsets required.
ETL or Data Engineering specific experience preferred.
