What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca Cola?
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts. Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards.
Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full Time. Responsibilities
Achieve volume targets for channel of business
Achieve performance profit targets
Train and develop account management team
Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break
Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements
High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes
Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
Experience with sales/retail
4 years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry
2 years experience in a leadership role
2 years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required
Self-motivated and goal oriented attitude
Experience working with vendors
Experience in merchandizing or product delivery and with expiration dates
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Power BI
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
