What does a Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Manufacturing Process Engineer Interns assist with identifying and driving out losses through the development of standards and systems. They support the daily activities of the production line(s) and/or processing areas. They build long-term capability into the manufacturing process, systems, and technicians.
Job Details:
This position is for a summer Internship from May 2025 – August 2025
Responsibilities:
Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies
Collaborate with the Line Structure Teams to carry forward and execute improvements
Assist in analyzing line performance including run rates, scrap rates, unplanned and planned down times, and any other operational losses
Identify 1-3 actions to reduce these losses and create a project charter and scope for each action
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
