What does a Management Systems Facilitator do at Swire Coca-Cola?Ensures the management system and its activities achieve compliance to ISO, regulatory, customer, parent beverage company and Swire company requirements via the Integrated Management System through defined programs and routines.Responsibilities:

Create accountability among the management team for system compliance by addressing and escalating failures, non-conformances, and business risks to the leadership team
Act as a leader of leaders in ensuring that the management team is executing against the management system. Act as a contributing member of the management team in ensuring compliance with all aspects of the management system
Sustain the Management System by owning and coordinating the following programs: Audit, Continual Improvement (corrective actions, tracking), Management Review, Management of Change, Education & Training, Document Control and Records. Work as a key contributor on the management team in support of balanced scorecard results
Lead the Education & Training Pillar which develops the organizational capability required to deliver the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and eliminate losses due to lack of skill or knowledge or due to ineffective or inefficient training systems
Routinely monitor and communicate changes in internal and external customer, regulatory, legal and company requirements to the Management Team, ensuring that the management system remains relevant to the processes and ways of working within the facility
Provide the capability and structure to the Management Team to ensure the creation and maintenance of documentation, processes, and procedures fully comply with all KORE/NA Annex requirements, ISO standards, as well as any regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain a list of required internal audits and create an audit schedule based on the risk assessment of the facility and Swire performance
Ensure adherence to audit schedule, update relevant checklists to comply with standards, and ensure follow up actions are effective and closed out on time
Ensure internal auditors are properly trained to perform audits. Coach and develop the internal audit team. Retain auditor qualifications and certificates within the management system
Actively support Food Safety Team and Safety Team by ensuring audit readiness, developing team capability, and conducting RCA/correction action
Ensure that records demonstrating conformance are accessible and retrievable by all members of the management team
Validate the integrated management system by auditing and challenging the processes, procedures, and policies, and taking action to address identified gaps or opportunities
Train new managers on responsibilities to the management system
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 4 Year College Degree preferred
2 years of ISO experience-preferably in food and beverage manufacturing. required
Strong understanding of the ISO Standards, State Administrative Codes, and Code of Federal Regulations.
Strong knowledge of industry standards for manufacturing of food grade products
Knowledge of Stormwater and Hazardous Material Management
Knowledge of HACCP programs
Understanding of ISO Management Systems for Quality, Safety, Environmental and Food Safety
Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP Requirements
Understanding of the Coca-Cola KORE Requirements
Preventive Controls Qualified Individual
