What does the Manager Category Insights do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Manager of Category Insights will lead the development and implementation of ongoing, and ad hoc, analytics for the total business in support of growing Swire’s market share. Leading a team of Insights Analysts, you will provide internal and external brand/channel analytics and insights in support of the total portfolio plan. With preferred experience in a CPG industry you will have familiarity with scan and syndicated data sources, and ETL or data engineering capability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage market share forecast models, brand health reporting, and channel reporting.
Lead team development to understand, visualize, and identify actionable insights for our business via end-to-end market share analysis.
Identify compelling insights and storylines to guide retail channel and portfolio strategy.
Lead competitive product monitoring, including emerging trends, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert of the competitive landscape by knowing the competitors’ reinvestment, promotions, products, technologies, and market positioning.
Build strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, collaborators, and executives.
Utilize tools such as Power BI to create a performance-driven culture and provide intelligent analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required
4 years of Experience producing Business Intelligence Reporting, Sales Analysis, Strategic Development, and Project Management required
Visualization tools such Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar experience required
SQL, Python, or similar experience Manipulating large complex data sets to support reporting, insights, and ad-hoc analytics required
Managing ambiguity and successful implementation of solutions to complex, unsolved problems
Experience working with cloud-native data and databases (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
