What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?You get to work directly with the customer to prepare the physical location for Coca-Cola products to be served ice cold! With the use of Customer service and technical skill, like repairing soda fountain machines, makes this job a perfect blend.Responsibilities include:
Relocate and move soda fountains, glass door coolers, or vending machines
Load machines and deliver for unloading at designated location
Diagnose, repair and install fountain machines, glass door coolers, and vending machines in an orderly sequence
Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use
Maintain accurate parts inventory: Ability to use hand held computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care
Report inventory accurately for business accountability
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
Valid driver license
Have or willing to get DOT medical card
Technical aptitude to fix machines
Lift 50 pounds
Work weekends and holidays as per business need
