- Purchase approval: Recommending and approving purchases and payroll to optimize resource allocation.
- Strategic planning: Collaborating with Leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement short- and long-term plans.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field or related area.
- Minimum four years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's degree preferred, accompanied by two years of supervisory experience.
