Purchase Youth Youth Village is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility in Benton, Kentucky that serves the needs of children and adolescents with psychiatric, behavioral, and substance abuse issues.
We are seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse (RN, LPN) that will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver quality nursing care to all residents according to state and federal regulations, licensing and accreditation standards.
- Ensure administration of medication in accordance with facility policy and state and federal law.
- Regularly audit and monitor the medication delivery processes, including documents such in resident's medical chart or MAR.
- Responds to emergencies involving medical and psychiatric issues.
- Provides therapeutic intervention and crisis care to all residents in a calm and caring manner.
- Complete all documentation timely and accurately.
- Attend all staff meetings and training.
Full-time, Part-time, PRN, all shifts, weekends
