We are looking for a Sales Manager with the following:
- Three to five years of proven sales experience
- A highly motivated self-starter who consistently focuses on each customer contact with enthusiasm and integrity
- A contributor that is highly motivated and independent
- A proven leader with experience in sales and marketing, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to achieve your goals and grow your business.
- An outstanding communicator with a proven track record of excellence in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- A demonstrated and adept problem solver with experience in project implementation.
- A current, successful sales manager or an above-average, experienced salesperson with potential for creating and developing an outstanding sales team.
- A key member of our leadership team who helps us build our strategic depth in the sales pillar and enhance the development of our entire team.
You must:
- Learn and follow a proven sales process and teach and manage a sales team to consistently execute our sales process. Yet be adaptable as we continuously improve the way we work.
- Aspire to be a successful manager, ready to advance and develop a sales team that excels.
- Be hungry for success, competitive, and able to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Have outstanding listening skills and the ability to gain consensus using subtle negotiating skills
- Hold a proven track record in sales and be prepared to develop a team of like-minded, successful sales professionals.
- Be adaptable, humble, and kind
- Be armed with big ideas and dreams and a passion to accomplish them
- Hold a college degree (BA/BS preferred) or equivalent work experience
