Why You'll Love Swish DentalOur career opportunities come with great benefits including : Competitive salaryBonus opportunitiesNo weekendsMedical, vision, & dental benefitsShort-term disability Paid holidays and time offOpportunities to growAnd more!Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully manage 3 dental studios with minimal upper management oversightMonitor and track KPI trendsProvide leadership and serve as a mentor and a coach to dental studio staffGuide morning huddles for the 'home studio' and / or in the absence of another Studio ManagerAssist in identifying, developing, and retaining high talentRecognize areas of development for staff to facilitate growth and ensure quality standards are metAnalyze and compile reportsAudit and correct patient accounts before deadlinesComplete end of day dutiesAchieve financial performance and revenue growth goals Maintain a healthy work environment by supporting our culture and missionAdjust the schedule as needed depending on patient flowReview operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement course corrective activity as neededCollaborate with the clinical team to chart and code according to the ADA coding guidelinesCommunicate effectively and efficientlyMaintain a "team first" and "patient first" mentality Continuously increase knowledge and job skills Adhere by State, Federal, and local compliance standardsTrain others on relevant job skills and knowledgeAnalyze and modify treatment plans to reflect insurance coverage and limitation detailsTravel throughout their region to visit and maintain each officeOther duties as assignedSkills and AbilitiesFluent in English; verbal and writtenFamiliarity with dental terminologyBasic computer skillsStrong interpersonal skillsEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or higher preferred1 years of people management experience required2 years of experience in the dental field required2 years of experience in a similar position is preferredExperience in OpenDental, Apteryx, and Modento preferredCPR and / or BLS certification preferredPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis position may be required to sit or stand for long periodsThis position may be required to work more than 40 hours per weekThis position is in a clinical studio environment which can be noisy and distractingThis position may be exposed to infectious diseases and / or blood borne pathogensThis position may be required to handle sharp objectsThis position may be exposed to harmful chemicals and / or gassesThis position may be required to communicate with others to exchange informationThis position may require repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and / or fingersThis position may require the operation of machinery and / or power toolsThis position may require the assessment of the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assignedThis position may require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spacesThis position may require medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 poundsSwish Dental is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
