The CRM Solutions Manager is responsible for managing all activities related to our Salesforce-CRM full-cycle implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive project work plans that control resources, schedules, costs, risk, quality, scope, and changes
- Responsible for collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to define deliverables and communicate project status in the design, development, testing, and deploying of solutions including dashboards, interfaces, and integrations
- Drive the delivery of quality software, effectively balancing between speed-to-market pressure and the need to build for the future scale
- Ensure that operational expectations are clearly defined and communicated to staff to enable quick responses to incidents
- Provide support and guidance to employees in conducting thorough root cause analyses within established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Responsible for prioritizing engineering backlog items to maintain a healthy and stable technology stack
